Terms and Conditions Of Your Cleaning
Please allow a 30 min window of arrival to account for traffic and other road conditions.
Once the crew arrives on the first cleaning if you are present the crew will ask for a brief tour of your home. This allows for you to point out any special needs that you might have as well as the ability to introduce the crew to any indoor pets.
You do not have to present during the cleaning. Please let your customer service representative know when you book the appointment so that arrangements can be made for the crew to gain entry.
After the cleaning you will be allowed to double check the cleaning to ensure customer satisfaction. Payment can then be made by Cash, Check, or Credit Card. All Payments returned from the bank unpaid will incur a $30.00 fee.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please do so within 24 hours of the scheduled arrival times. You may do so by PHONE ONLY. If you do not cancel within 24 hours, you will be billed for one hour of service to cover trip and payroll costs.

If our schedule doesn't allow for this, then a partial refund will be issued. Our warranty is valid only if the complaint is phoned or emailed in with 24 hours after the cleaning.
